This was a marathon that I used as a long training run, 3 weeks before
the big one: The Marine Corps Marathon. "Long training run" means that
you have to run slowly, not at race pace. So I promised to myself that
I would NOT do any faster than 4 hours. Well, I got a bit too excited towards
the end... fortunately I did not do any damage and was in top shape for
the Marine Corps that I did in 3h26.
